Dosas represent
one of the most well known food items in India and is an integral
part of the cuisine from South of India. It is an food item to which
one can get easily addicted as it is crispy and very tasty and is
probably one of the first fast food items served anywhere in the world
,much before burgers were introduced. The combination with Chutney
& Sambhar enhances its taste to even greater heights.
