| This concept requires not more than 150-200 square feet area in a corporate setup as most of the raw material will be prepared in a kitchen which has an ISO certification & from there on will be distributed to the various sites. The dosas are freshly made on electrical tawa (sizzling pan) and served on the spot .In this concept we are replacing Sambhar with another Chutney as Sambhar will not really compliment the fusion Dosa concept. However we may serve Sambhar on demand if required. This flexibility being behind the belief that the customer choice comes first. We also plan stand alone properties across north of India, Goa, Mumbai & Gujarat. When dealing with corporate clients we are flexible with various plans & prices which will best suit the particular organizations requirement. |
