Dosa Express serves more than 70 varieties of dosas & will be regularly adding more variety. The concept is ideal for food courts in malls with cinema halls & also for medium sized 40 seater stand alone restaurants. Dosa express is at present in 5 states, present as 4 standalone restaurants and 1 in AlphaOne mall & has further signed up with 3 more malls in Gujarat and one in Rajasthan, which should be active by April 2014.
Till date the concept has been completely funded & managed by ShettySons family, however looking at the success of the concept & demand for franchisee, the company is on the verge of finalizing the franchisee model and will be short listing select partners to take the concept across India.
Dosa Express India (Pvt) Ltd. is also trying to take this concept internationally, where Middle East and Australia being the preferred destination.
